Chia Muesli with Mangoes

Chia seeds are a very popular and trendy superfood, which means a nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being. Chia seeds are rich in Omega-3, fiber, proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Chia seeds have many benefits. Among others:

– They have a positive effect on the skin and support the digestive system.

– They also keep you feeling full longer as they stabilize the level of sugar in your blood. A good way to avoid sugar cravings during the day.

This chia muesli recipe is the perfect breakfast to start your day. You just need to perpare it beforehand (The evening before).

For 1 breakfast bowl

Chia seeds (1 Tbsp.) – Greek yoghurt (170-180g) – Mango cut into small dices (½) – Maple syrup ( 1 tsp.) – coconut flakes (optional)

Pour together all the ingridents in a bowl and give it a good stir. Place it in the fridge overnight and enjoy it for breakfast.
